I’m a Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Strength Coach with a no-BS approach to health. My philosophy? When we know better, we do better. My mission is to help you understand what’s actually going on in your body, so you can stop guessing and start healing.

Through functional lab testing, personalized nutrition strategies, and a deep focus on gut health, hormones, and detox pathways, I help clients regain energy, balance, and confidence in their bodies—without the overwhelm or restriction.

My Background & Training

Health and movement have been my passion for over a decade. My journey started in 2012 when I became PiYo Live certified, which led me to pursue my NASM Personal Trainer certification in 2013. That same year, I took a leap and opened my own strength training gym in the Lakes Region of NH, where I’ve been coaching clients both on the gym floor and in nutrition ever since.

Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them build strength, improve their metabolism, and feel at home in their bodies again. But I knew that movement was just one piece of the puzzle—nutrition and root-cause healing were the missing links for so many people.

That’s why I dove deep into functional nutrition, earning my certification as a Functional Nutrition Practitioner through:

I’ve committed my life to understanding how the body truly works—from gut health to hormones, from metabolism to detoxification—so I can help my clients feel their absolute best.

I’ve spent the last 15 years learning about how our emotions and beliefs affect our health and working with clients to release stored emotions and anchor in new beliefs.
